David Ericson

Private asset and distressed debt investing have been the focus of Mr. Ericson's professional career for 23 years. Prior to joining EBF in 2001, Mr. Ericson managed capital at Morgens-Waterfall-Vintiadis, Touchstone Capital, and Cargill.


Stuart Brown

Distressed investing has been the focus of Mr. Brown's professional career for 20 years. Prior to joining EBF in 2003, Mr. Brown managed capital at Avenue Capital, Touchstone Capital, Morgens-Waterfall-Vintiadis, and Cargill.


Thomas Rock

Transactional and other legal work have been the focus of Mr. Rock's professional career for 22 years. Prior to joining EBF in 2005, Mr. Rock was Associate General Counsel at GE Capital, General Counsel at Smarte Carte, and a partner at Oppenheimer Wolf & Donnelly and at Rider Bennett, Egan & Arundel.


Vincent Vertin

A wide range of finance and investing activity has been the focus of Mr. Vertin's professional career for 12 years. Prior to joining EBF in 2004, Mr. Vertin was an analyst at Providence Capital, an investment banker at JP Morgan and at Dain Rauscher Wessels, a math instructor at the United States Naval Academy, and a Captain in the US Marine Corps.


Hendrik Vroege

Wind and other energy-related investing have been the focus of Mr. Vroege's professional career for 21 years. Prior to joining EBF in 2004, Mr. Vroege managed capital at Fortis Group.
